a. Contact the seller directly within 72 hours of receiving the items, specifying the issues and providing any necessary documentation or evidence of the condition discrepancy.
b. Follow any and all mandatory steps set forth by the seller, their logistics provider, and any other third party involved in the chain of custody of the goods before they were delivered.
4. Seller’s Discretion
The resolution of disputes related to the condition of goods is at the discretion of the seller. Joyride Garage does not handle returns and is not responsible for facilitating communication or resolutions between the buyer and seller.
5. Refund Process
In the event that a return request is accepted as valid by the seller, and a refund is agreed upon instead of a product replacement, Joyride Garage will facilitate the monetary transfer to the buyer. This transfer will be made minus any transaction fees and costs incurred by Joyride Garage or its payment affiliates during the transaction process as stipulated in the Joyride Garage Payment Policy..
5.1 Transaction Fees and Costs
Transaction fees and costs incurred by Joyride Garage or its payment affiliates may include, but are not limited to, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or any other fees associated with facilitating the monetary transfer. The deducted amount will be reflective of these fees and costs, and the buyer and seller will be informed of the specific deductions made during the refund process.
5.2 Transparency
Joyride Garage is committed to transparency in financial transactions. Any deducted transaction fees and costs will be clearly communicated to the buyer and seller, and a detailed breakdown of the deductions will be provided upon request.
5.3 Seller’s Approval
The refund process is subject to the seller’s approval of the return request and agreement to issue a refund rather than a product replacement. The seller retains the discretion to determine the appropriate resolution based on the specific circumstances of each case.
6. Third-Party Involvement
In cases where third parties, such as logistics providers, are involved in the delivery process, the buyer is required to follow any procedures mandated by these third parties in the event of discrepancies in the condition of the delivered goods.

Joyride Garage is not responsible for the condition of goods sold on the platform, and this policy does not override or replace any warranties provided by the individual vendors.
