Shipping policy

Delivery and Acceptance:

Supplier will fulfill all Goods based on the Incoterms agreed on the Purchase Order. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping, packaging, labor, insurance, duties, taxes, fees, or any other costs and/or activities. Risk of  loss and title to the Goods shall pass to Buyer once Goods are picked up from Seller's or Seller's partner's distribution warehouse. Goods shall be delivered within the mutually agreed upon delivery time, in conformance with  this Agreement, the applicable Purchase Order, and the specifications, therefore.

If Buyer fails to take delivery of any Product on  any scheduled delivery date, Supplier shall store such Product and have the right to invoice Buyer for  reasonable administration and storage fees incurred at a rate of 3% above third party shipping and storage fees accrued per day.

If Buyer fails to take delivery of any Product on any scheduled delivery date over 30  calendar days, then the Purchase order is automatically null and void in whole with administrative and  storage fee taken from Buyer’s deposit. Production lead time and international shipping time will be  defined in each Purchase Order. This term is subject to terms for Force Majeure.

Shipping Cost and Time

Once your order is confirmed and paid, the joyride team will then procure the freight cost for the goods based on respective incoterms to be emailed to you on the provided contact details. As you confirm the shipping terms, time and costs – we will proceed with initiating shipping to you with the help of our logistics partners. 

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," or "per package” basis and is based on the shipping incoterms.

Standard shipping time after freight costs are confirmed by the customer

  1. For North America Customers: 14 – 21 days
  2. For EU and UK customers : 14 – 21 days

For EU and UK customers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically, noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. PO Boxes will not be accepted as standard delivery addresses.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through Joyride are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Joyride is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Goods Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email - hardware@joyride.city. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue and we can get back to you in 21 days.

If customer agrees to incoterms EXW/FCA - the ownership will be transferred to the customer upon the pick up of goods and joyride is not responsible for damage of goods during transit.

If delivery is based DDP/DAP - for damage of goods during transit, allow Joyride 14-21 days to coordinate with its logistics partners to find the reason and take appropriate action.
