Returns and Refunds Policy
To request a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com
- Refunds will be processed minus the transaction costs till the goods have been shipped
- Refunds are allowed until the time shipping is paid and booked
- Return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery of product
- Returns will only be accepted if there are detected manufacture defects upon inspection within 72 hours after delivery. Photographic documentation of purported defects or damages must be submitted within 72 hours of vehicle receipt
-Desired Returns and Refunds beyond the above stipulated timeframes will only be processed if circumstantially applicable in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. In such an event, Joyride Garage must be notified concurrently with any attempt to file a claim with the manufacturer
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 72 hours after receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. When purchasing through the Joyride Garage you acknowledge and fully indemnify Joyride Garage for any processing delays imposed by your banking or credit institution.
